We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

It is prohibited by law to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or in the case of the wine being a gift you also confirm that the recipient is 18 or over. You also confirm that the information that you give is correct and truthful.

The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.


All orders that are being placed on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of order and completion of contract are made once the order is confirmed by us and payment is being processed. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

 We reserve the right not to accept any order due to one or more of the following:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment has not being authorised.
  • Error in pricing or product description.
  • The criteria in clause 3.2 in these Terms and Conditions are not being met.
  • Technical failure of the website.

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a despatch confirmation via email.

On occasion the product specification may change. If this does happen, we will do our best to contact you to offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality, at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement item offered to you, we will refund you for the original unavailable item.

Please make sure to read the labels on the packaging for any allergy inquiries. Do not solely rely on the information given on the website as mistakes can occur.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

All images of products in terms of colour etc. might vary from the computer screen view. We cannot guarantee that the image is an identical representation of the product.


Risk of damage or loss to the goods supplied passes to you when delivery is attempted whether successful or not. We cannot accept any claim for damage or deterioration after the delivery has been made. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Normally our delivery aim to the UK mainland is within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur delays due to customs checks. For more information on delivery times see our Delivery & Return policy. Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which our products are stored once they have left our premises. 

Delivery charges are specified once you have entered the delivery details. Standard UK delivery is £9.95 (next day courier delivery) and free for orders over £50. International charges vary depending on weight and destination. 

Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched on the next business day and orders after 12:00pm will be dispatched within 2 next business days. Orders placed for hampers may take 3-4 working days to dispatch. No orders will be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Unfortunately due to overseas customs restrictions we are advised not to deliver some of our products outside of the EU. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities before placing an order with us since we can take no liability should any goods be held or delayed in customs or for any charges customs wish to apply.

Alcohol can only be delivered to customers in certain quantities which vary from country to country, please check local regulations before ordering.

Please make sure the delivery address and postcode are correct as we take no liability for goods being undelivered due to incorrect/inaccurate address details.

All delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee any delivery at any specific date or time.

It is your responsibility that someone will be at the address to accept the delivery when being made. Orders outside of the UK requires a signature by our courier.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

For orders outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted from products where applicable.

Payment must be made when placing the order. This also applies to any pre-ordered items.

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & PayPal.

When using the card you confirm that you are the cardholder or have permission to make payment with the card by the cardholder.

The price you will be charged is the price stated on the website at the time we receive your order. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price has been given, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to go ahead with your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we fail to get in contact with you we will cancel the order in respect of the incorrect priced product.

Please make sure you receive a receipt of payment via email as well as a confirmation of your order. Failure of either to arrive might indicate that the order has not gone through successfully.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time at our discretion before, but not after, we accept orders.

We cannot be held responsible for any charges local Customs wish to apply to your order. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities before placing an order with us.


You have the right to cancel your order from when the order is placed up to 7 days from the day you receive your delivery. Your notice of cancellation must be made to us in written form, i.e. by email or post. For our contact details see paragraph 2 in these Terms and Conditions.

Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods, and that the goods are returned to us re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the goods being returned to us safely at your expense.

Your right to cancel does not apply to any goods made to your specification, i.e.  hampers. 


To cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you (the purchaser) change your mind after the hamper has been delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you’ve contacted us saying you wish to return your hamper, you have another 14 days to return the goods. If the goods are being returned because of a change of heart, you, the purchaser, are liable for the costs of returning the goods

We regret we cannot offer a refund for the folowing:

  • Perishables (for example cheese)
  • Where a date has expired whilst in your possession.
  • Items have been opened.

If you wish to cancel your order we would ask tht you let us know as soon as possible. Cancelations are acceptable up to 24 hours prior to collection. We are unable to offer a refund for cancelations made on the morning of collection.



You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us. The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website.
