Mrs Temples is the trading name for Catherine Temple of Copy's Green Farm at Wighton, Norfolk. The range of cheeses made span from Gouda types such as Wells Alpine, crumbly hard cheeses such as Walsingham.

Copy's Green Farm is a leading player in terms of responsible & sustainable farming. Cheese production is fuelled by energy created on the farm using biomass technology.

The Cheese

Made from the milk of Brown Swiss cows, the semi-hard cheese takes 6 months to mature. Also known as Norfolk Alpine, even with the lack of mountains in the area one taste of this particular cheese transports you to the Alps. Perfect for slicing, grating or cooking
 

Taste

Made to a similar recipe to that of a Gruyere from Swiss cows milk produced by a herd of Swiss Brown cows on the Copy's Green Farm this is a sweet slightly nutty cheese.
