Delivery Policy

Normally our delivery aim to the UK mainland is within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may incur delays due to customs checks. For more information on delivery times see our Delivery & Return policy. Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which our products are stored once they have left our premises.

Delivery charges are specified once you have entered the delivery details. Standard UK delivery is £11.50 (next day courier delivery which includes packaging), free on orders over £100. International charges vary depending on weight and destination. 

Orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched on the next business day and orders after 12:00 pm will be dispatched within 2 next business days. Orders placed for hampers may take 3-4 working days to dispatch. No orders will be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Unfortunately, due to overseas customs restrictions, we are advised not to deliver some of our products outside of the EU. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities before placing an order with us since we can take no liability should any goods be held or delayed in customs or for any charges customs wish to apply.

Alcohol can only be delivered to customers in certain quantities which vary from country to country, please check local regulations before ordering.

Please make sure the delivery address and postcode are correct as we take no liability for goods being undelivered due to incorrect/inaccurate address details.

It is your responsibility that someone will be at the address to accept the delivery when being made. Orders outside of the UK requires a signature by our courier. 


You can order online in advance and choose a day you’d prefer your hamper to arrive. Typically we accept orders for next day delivery up to 12 noon the day before, although during peak times lead times can extend to up to 48 hours prior to delivery. If you are ordering cheese for a special occasion, be sure to select an estimated delivery date a day or two before your event in case of courier delays. For example, if your event is over the weekend, it is best to choose Wednesday as the estimated delivery day.


As we use third party couriers (typically FedEx) we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee the arrival day of your order. We ask that you let us know when you would prefer the hamper or cheese to arrive and assure you that we will do our best to ensure that it arrives as close to then as possible.


We will send your Hamper and cheese in one of our cardboard boxes, insulated with wood wool and biodegradable air pillows. When the weather is warm, we will also include ice packs with cheese hampers, which will melt in transit to help ensure the cheese stays cool for as long as possible. We do not deliver in refrigerated vans. 


Please include a mobile number with your order, This is so that the courier can text you with details informing you when your hamper goes out for delivery. This is typically first thing in the morning of the day your hamper is due to arrive. Typically orders are scanned 4-6 times throughout their journey, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see more frequent updates than this. We will be keeping an eye on our deliveries. If you spot an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Recycling our Packaging

We are very mindful of using too much plastic in our packaging and want to make our boxes and their contents eco-friendly. Therefore we have made a conscious effort to make as much of our packaging as recyclable as we can.

Unpack the hamper from its box. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us immediately.


In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery, please let us know as soon as you are aware of the issue. We will be happy to follow up directly with the courier on your behalf.


We don’t accept returns of cheese products or other perishable goods.  In the unlikely event that there is a quality concern around your cheese, we may ask you to send us some photos to help us better understand the issue.
